Business Developer
Location: Multiple Locations - Whittier, CA; Bluffdale, UT; San Diego, CA

What You’ll Do:

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for commercial landscape maintenance contracts

Prospect, qualify, and build strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and real estate stakeholders
-
Represent Strata's brand with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Partner with branch operations teams to align expectations and deliver exceptional service

Maintain consistent pipeline activity and sales reporting via CRM

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in landscape, facilities, janitorial, or construction services
-
Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals, hunter mindset.

Expert in lead generation, cold outreach and market research
-
Strong communicator who thrives in relationship-based selling
-
Identify client pain points and position value-based solutions
-
Organized, persistent, and comfortable working independently

Local market knowledge is highly desired

Account Manager

Manage, nurture and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients

Prospect into accounts to coach customers on our capabilities and grow presence by driving revenue growth

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for property managers and key decision-makers

Build long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and high-touch service

Identify client pain points and proactively offer enhancement solutions tailored to their property goals

Ensure service excellence by closely coordinating with field teams, resolving issues promptly and efficiently — including handling difficult situations with professionalism and empathy — and consistently following through on commitments

Monitor contract renewals and client satisfaction to drive retention

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in landscape account management or commercial service-based roles
-
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-
A natural listener who is empathetic, responsive, and solutions-focused

Comfortable balancing multiple accounts and anticipating client needs
-
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits and proactive mindset
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
